Linkster ("we," "us," or "our") is a construction business management platform that connects contractors with their clients for invoicing, estimates, payments, and job management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website at https://linkster.app and our related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and business name. If you join a team, we also collect your role within that organization.
Business Data
To provide our services, we store information you enter about your business operations including client details (names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses), invoices, estimates, jobs, line items, payment records, and any notes or attachments you add.
Payment Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan or your clients pay invoices, payment details (credit card numbers, bank account info) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and transaction records for billing purposes.
Phone Numbers
We collect phone numbers for clients when provided by contractors. These numbers are used to send SMS notifications about invoices, estimates, payments, and job updates. Phone numbers are stored in our database and shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the purpose of sending messages.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs. This helps us improve the service and troubleshoot issues.
